The Story:
Scott Lang (Ant Man II, and ex-con), is visited by his old prison room mate, who explains that some costumed yahoo is paying criminals big money to commit crimes. Scott tells his friend that, for his daughters sake, he's decided to fly straight for a change, but he's still glad to see his old friend. Scott then wakes up the next morning to find that his buddy was killed two blocks from his house. Scott cleverly deciding his buddies murder was more then a coincidence, goes to the warehouse his buddy mentioned. Scott then sneaks in disguised as an ex-convict...uh wait I guess that's not that much of a disguise....and finds the super criminal known as the Taskmaster holding a "boot camp" for hired goons. Taskmaster's first lesson is "defeating a super-hero 101" starring Spider-Man (who was investigating strange crime patterns in the area of the warehouse). Taskmaster quickly defeats Spider-Man and is on the verge of unmasking him when Ant-Man goes to work. Taskmaster is really creaming both Super-Heroes badly claiming that he's studied each ones moves, and knows exactly how to counter them. Scott Lang quickly realizes that he's been Ant-Man for to short of a time for Taskmaster to study any of his moves, and figures he's been mistaken for the original Ant-Man. He then decides to use a tactic so risky Hank Pym never would never have used it.....He enlarges one of his ants...Taskmaster, understandably thrown by seeing a 20 foot ant, runs away like a little girl, and the police arrest the rest of the goons.

B+, A real coming of age tale for Scott Lang/Ant-Man II
