The Story: This is part one in the 4 issue plot line that finds Spider-Man trying to help a confused Nancy Rushman discover if she really is the Black Widow. If so, who's taken her memory, and why? It all starts when Spidey rescues a pretty redhead, who bears a striking resemblance to the Black Widow, from a bunch of would be muggers. Soon they both find out she doesn't remember where she is, where she's going, and why she was out walking around. The plot thickens when they discover the Black Widow's costume in her purse. After she tries it on to see if it fits, a group of SHIELD agents attack the both of them. Spidey and Nancy try to evade the agents as long as they can only to end up being shot by Nick Fury himself!.
